OoAKie #11: part of the "rumpus" installation ("art/work + color/play" 2025)

OoAKies (One of a Kind-ies) are hand painted soft sculptures.
These OoAKies were made to hang on the wall, and were featured as part of an installation piece called "rumpus", on view in the "art/work + color/play" exhibition, at the Maryland Institute College of Art's Pinkard Gallery, in January 2025.

The show is a solo exhibition by MICA alumni & faculty, Danamarie Hosler.

If you are interested in bringing a piece of the show home with you, you're in luck!
These special OoAKies are looking for a new place to hang.

They are cotton muslin, which has been stuffed with polyfil and then primed and painted with acrylic paint. The backs are painted black and signed & dated; they are equipped with 1-3 hooks for easy hanging (most only need one hook; some have more. The last photo shows an example of the back)

If you need exact measurements, please wait to purchase until after the show comes down in mid-February.
