Poni the VINTAGE FOLKIE (pink)

This is Poni.
They're a special edition Vintage Folkie.

Folkies are collectibles-- the perfect gift for a plush lover who has everything, because Folkies are one of a kind, soft sculpture objects & huggable works of art.
Not recommended for children under 3.

Unlike typical folkies, this one blends vintage materials with all new ones. The body features a segment of bed sheet from the 80s! The sheets have been laundered, but/and do show signs of age. Please check photos carefully; there are some areas of the sheets that are slightly threadbare, have some pilling, or rough texture. As such, these Folkies are best suited for adult collectors.

Their faces are made from wool felt. Ears/ horns are usually wool felt, or fleece, but might be faux fur. The bodies, aside from the vintage sheets, are made of either: super soft minky, low pile curly faux fur, short length faux fur, or long length faux fur (or a combination of the above). The legs/ arms are a mix of vintage sheets OR all new quilting cotton. If you have specific questions about what your Folkie is made from, please ask before purchasing.

Materials in use: wool felt, poly fleece, faux fur, minky, quilting cotton, vintage bed sheets; stuffed with polyfil.
Stitching is a mix of hand and machine sewn + hand embroidery accents

Like all Folkies, this lovely was made without a pattern and is 100% original.
