SALE: ORIGINAL: "People" Linoleum block prints, asstd designs, colors & sizes

If you saw the "plant themed" lino prints listing, this is pretty much the same deal--

This listing is for a series of linoleum block prints I made a billion years ago for some reason (what was it? lets call it learning. who knows). ANYWAY, I have 6 of them up for grabs. Each one is a slightly different color combo and there are two different images (from 2 different plates) & no two are exactly alike due to the printing process itself.

Let's see what I learned...
These were printed using a reductive method. The prints with just one layer of color were all done at the same time, but the ones with multiple color layers were done in stages that essentially destroy the block forever! Each color layer is printed separately and to create a new "layer" you'd carve out part of the block, ink it again with a new color and print the block on top of the existing layer(s); rinse, carve, ink, print, repeat until the block is more or less gone. As such, these can't be replicated!

Each one will be signed with my name and "1/1" (since they're not technically a series)

I'll do my best to describe the prints available based on the order they appear in the listing, top left, to right, bottom left to right.

There are two designs-- lets call them "Tree Back" and "Bird Fren"

Please note too that while the image area itself is consistent in each design (approx: 4x4 Tree Back & 3x3 Bird Fren), the paper sizes are super random, as is the border size and where on the paper the print falls. You're gonna want to trim these down. The papers also have splotches and ink staining in some spots, so there's that too. BUT, with right frame? Adorable.
